This commit improves templates readability, since all of them use consistent
indent with all template command blocks indented too.

1. Indents both HTML containers such as <div>, <p> and Go HTML template blocks
   such as {{if}} {{with}}

2. Cleans all trailing white-space

3. Adds trailing last line-break to each file

- synxtax highlight: #1712, #1549, #1315, #670
- z-index: #1942

The button appears when a file is viewed in a branch or a tag. It points
to a URL containing the branch's (or tag's) current commit id so that
it'll always point to the same content.
