Still todo: some CSS for the user/settings/email page, but that is not my specialty

Fixed some spelling mistakes.

* Number up to 20 are written as words instead of digits.
* Nouns are written without spaces.
* Fixed mixups between informal/formal language.
* Removal of extra spaces in sentences.
